Nvidia is The Next Apple in Value and Profit
Category Artificial Intelligence Sunday - September 3 2023, 14:44 UTC - 1 year ago Jason Calcanis predicts that Nvidia is the next Apple in terms of value and profit. Because of its leadership in AI solutions and data centers, combined with moderate revenue growth, and plans to buy back $25 billion of its own stock, Nvidia looks set to continue its strong two-quarter trend of rising stock prices in the future.
Jason Calcanis recently discussed how all the big companies and sovereign wealth funds are buying Nvidia AI chips. He believes that AI infrastructure is going to solve big problems ranging from healthcare to climate change.
The power of AI combined with Nvidia's impressive growth and margins leads Jason to predict that Nvidia is the next Apple in terms of value and profit. Nvidia is set to overtake the valuation of Amazon and Google as the two lead in big tech. According to Jason, Nvidia promises profitability even if revenue growth begins to flatten. This is because they have the highest margins of large cap stocks at 45%, and are set to buy back $25 billion of their own shares, an often employed 'Apple model' of creating high margin cash and buying back shares. It is also important to note that 15 out of the 20 most valuable companies in the world are American.
Being a leader in AI Solutions, and having a strong data center business, it is no wonder that Nvidia looks set to continue its impressive two-quarter trend of rising stock prices. Jason believes that those who invest in Nvidia now will no doubt benefit greatly in the coming future.
